What is a custom proposal?

A custom proposal is a menu specifically made for you after you message back and forth with a your Catergram concierge through the Catergram messaging system. The caterer sends you a custom proposal along with pictures (Catergrams) and it appears in your message. You can either ask for changes or click "Continue to checkout" in order to pay the caterer directly.

How do I place an order?

First, create your business account. To create an account you must be a business with a valid tax payer ID. To get started go to catergram.com and fill out the form. Once you submit your information a concierge team member will be assign to your account and he/she will contact you via phone or email within 24hrs. Your concierge will there for you to help advise you on menu and take your orders on a weekly or daily basis.

No. There are never extra fees when ordering through Catergram.

Your orders are confirmed by your Catergram concierge via phone or email. All orders are confirmed and placed as soon as you pay the caterer directly.

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Combine a lunch package with a dessert package or appetizer package, it's up to you! Just be sure to place multiple orders for the same day...your concierge will help you along the way.

Catergram is an online marketplace for business catering. We do not currently provide any individual or private catering. If you are an office manager and order lunch for your team daily or weekly you can discover and order delicious catering through Catergram.
